his Cottage Caboose for the total sum of $ (max 2 adult + two kids 16 and under).... + any additional Food / Service I have arranged. (Additional Guests Campsites $50.00 per Night) I have arrived to a heated caboose, fit with an indoor privy, Hydro, propane fireplace, bar fridge, butane camp stove, microwave, pots, pans, washbasins, personal use washed sleeping bags, pillows, mattresses and bottled well water + Canteen Inventory.(Chips, Pop, Toothbrush etc.)
I find the dwelling and components meet my needs and satisfaction.
I agree to pay in full any damage to the premises, occasioned by use of premises by me the convener, my family, pets, friends, group, agents, and invitees and save harmless Patrick Woods/Markdale Station from, and any damages, claims and liabilities that may be occasioned during our stay.
On signing this form together Patrick Woods and I have inspected the premises and then current condition. Prior to my departure a similar inspection of the premises will be made and provided there are no damages (excluding normal wear and tear) and again together signing this form I will be released of all my personal liabilities.
I understand that the Use of the Property, Caboose, and any Object Is of MY Parties Own Risk and Peril.
Pets are to be kept in full control at all times.
