Markdale Station Pet Policy

1.Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome at Markdale station. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers or other animals, please leave it at home. If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior the owner or designate of Markdale station may ask you to find other accommodations.  Markdale Station is individually owned and operated and there are certain breeds that have been identified by my insurance provider as having a history of unfriendly and aggressive behavior to both other dogs, cats, domesticated farm animals, wildlife and to humans. These breeds are Pit Bulls and Pit Bull Mixes, Rottweilers and Dobermans. These Breeds are not permiited. 2.Pet rules unique to your pet and limitations during your stay may be imposed by the owner or designate of Markdale Station at any time during your rental agreement* 3. All dogs a required to be under the control and visual obervation at all times. A 8ft.(eight foot) leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the Owners Vehicle, The Caboose*, Tent or MotorHome or in the vicinity of other animals. Provided you are responsible and have no imposed limitations* you may allow your dog off- leash in open field or forest. 4.Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or night will not be tollerated and you may be asked to leave the property. 5. Service dogs  must follow observed pet policies. 6. Any damages incurred or sustained will save harmless Markdale Station, Patrick Woods, Designate, and Neighbouring Properties*. *See Rental Agreement
