Patrick Was responsible for the Day to Day Operations of some of Toronto's best known restaurants: Mr Greenjeans, J.J Mugg's, The Water's Edge, The Brunswick House, Alice Fazoolie's, The Bottom Line, Planet Hollywood and Gabby's. You can depend on Patrick to make your stay a remarkable one. Patrick is also a seasoned survival naturalist, a registered 'Global Guide', 'Alumni of Canadian Outward Bound'. You will find his courses offered through Mountain Equipment Co-op Toronto, and is an advocate of the Tourism Ontario Partnership Program and of The Bruce Trail Association.
